CALL FOR POSTERS and PAPERS

In Person at the Arizona History Museum

 The Arizona History Convention, Inc., invites proposals for poster presentations for the 2026 Arizona History Convention. We welcome proposals on any topic related to Arizona or southwestern borderlands history.

Please note that submitting a poster proposal for the 2026 Arizona History Convention verifies each presenter’s commitment to attend and register for the conference should their presentation be selected for the program.  

All posters accepted for the conference are eligible for awards. Check the website for more information: https://arizonahistory.org/awards

Posters are limited to the standard size of 36” x 48”. AHC will provide foam boards and easels to display the posters. We encourage all poster presenters to use the breaks between sessions to discuss their posters with attendees. 

The deadline for all poster submissions is September 20, 2026. All posters are eligible for a prize, to be awarded at the close of the convention on Saturday, September 26.
